More Sunday!!

OK, so in going through my pictures I realized that we also went to the pool on Sunday.  I’m including a lot of pictures that may look the same but I just get a kick out of how much Sophie enjoys the pool.  She loves to “kick, kick, kick” and “paddle, paddle” and even shows off by floating on her back now (more swimming backward than floating really).

Here’s an action show of Sophie jumping to Tom.  I pretty much let her hit the water on her own now and just stop her from going under.  However, sometimes she will ask that you get “closer, closer, closer” until you have to pretty much catch her in the air.  I’m not really sure if she’d actually go under with the floaties but figured it wasn’t worth traumatizing her over at the end of the swimming season (but maybe next year…)

I tried so hard to get a picture of Sophie and Max at the pool but for whatever reason she didn’t want to look up.  She did the same thing on Friday when I tried one more time for pictures (but she wanted more pictures when it was just her and her Daddy!)  Not sure if you can tell but she was splashing her feet in the water and then pretty soon Max started to copy her too.  Michelle was holding him in place.  Vacationing with family is great – having extra hands around for everything is wonderful!  Enjoy this little album of one looking, one not with a side of splash splash and silly faces!
